John Kendall - A Brief Biography

Dr Kendall is Manager of the Post-Secondary Investment Division at Alberta Innovates Technology Futures. He is a former Dean of Science at the University of Calgary and is a Fellow of the (Royal) Institute of Physics and a Professional Engineer. Dr Kendall has been awarded three patents and has written over sixty refereed papers and three books. His wide-ranging consulting experience includes serving the Governments of Great Britain, Canada, Alberta, and the People’s Republic of China as well for the British Admiralty, the World Bank, Revenue Canada, PetroCanada, Imperial Oil, and LSI Logic. Dr Kendall's BSc, MSc and PhD are from the University of Birmingham.
